Weight loss coaching for busy adults getting back on track.

You know how. A coach helps you stay with it, including the weeks when you only have twenty minutes.

Four steps

How Steady Check works

The plan starts from your real schedule. A coach notices when you drift and changes it.

  1. Take Steady Start

A free time audit: your minutes, your hard days, your fallback meal.

    Free time audit
  2. Get a plan

Your coach builds it across diet, movement and mindset, around the time you have.

  3. Check in

Each week your coach goes over what you did, looks at the week ahead, and changes the plan before Monday. A hard week gets a smaller one.

  4. Rebuild to your goal, then Hold to keep it

Rebuild, $129 a month, gets you to your goal. Hold, $49 a month, keeps you there with the same coach.

    No contracts
Steady Start

Start with a free time audit

Steady Start asks four questions about your time and your hard days. The result is a normal week and its smaller version, built from your minutes. You see it before you pick a plan, and it costs nothing.

Example: the questions Steady Start asks

  1. Minutes you have on a normal day45
  2. Minutes you have on a hard day20
  3. Days that tend to go sidewaysTue, Thu
  4. Your dinner on a hard dayTakeout

The plan

One plan for diet, movement and mindset

Your coach plans all three together, because a short workout does not help much after four hours of sleep.

Diet

Eating patterns, not a strict meal plan. A few dinners you can cook on a weeknight, and a fallback meal for the days that go sideways.

  • Weeknight dinners
  • A fallback meal
  • Real groceries
A man chops red peppers and broccoli on a wooden board in a sunny kitchen.
Hands pack a lunch container on a bright kitchen counter.

Movement

Short strength sessions that keep your muscle while the weight comes off, plus walking. The least that works, done most weeks.

Strength stays in every plan, even the hard-week one.

  • Keeps muscle
  • Twenty minutes counts
  • Home or gym
A woman holds a kettlebell at her chest in a squat in a bright living room.
A parent seen from behind jogs behind a stroller on a sunny park path lined with trees.

Mindset

Sleep, stress, motivation, and the evenings when eating is about the day you had. Your coach plans for them like any session.

  • Sleep
  • Stress
  • Late-night eating
A man reads a book in bed in daylight, his phone face down on the nightstand.
A woman sits in an armchair by a sunny window, writing in a notebook.
Hard weeks

A hard week gets a smaller plan, not a skipped one

When a week goes sideways, your coach scales the plan down to the minutes you have. Switch weeks to see each one in full.

This is an example. Your plan is built from your Steady Start answers and your own schedule, and your coach adjusts it every week.

A normal week: about 45 minutes a day

  • DietBreakfast, lunch and dinner are planned. You cook dinner on Tuesday and Sunday and eat the leftovers the next day.35 min on Sunday to plan and shop
  • MovementThree strength sessions, a brisk walk on two other days, and a long walk or ride on Saturday.30 to 45 min a day
  • MindsetA ten-minute wind-down most nights and lights out by 10:30.10 min a night

What fits this week

  • Three full strength sessions
  • Cooking from scratch twice
  • The long Saturday walk or ride
  • A wind-down most nights

If the week turns hard

  • Tell your coach, or they spot it at your Steady Check
  • You get the smaller version before the next day starts
  • Switch to the hard week to see it

A hard week: about 20 minutes a day

  • DietOnly dinner is planned, and it is your fallback meal, something you can make in ten minutes. Breakfast and lunch repeat the same simple thing each day.15 min on Sunday to stock the fallback
  • MovementTwo short strength sessions of two lifts each, so you keep muscle, and a walk on the other days.15 to 20 min a day
  • MindsetLights out early on the two hardest nights. Nothing else to track.5 min a night

What stays

  • Two short strength sessions, so you keep muscle
  • A walk most days
  • One fallback dinner
  • Lights out on time

What waits

  • The third lift
  • The long Saturday session
  • Cooking from scratch
  • The nightly wind-down
The Steady Check

A coach checks in every week

The Steady Check is a short review with your coach. On Rebuild it is weekly, on Hold every two weeks. Between check-ins you message your coach in the app.

Coaches are real people. No bots, no pep talks.

  1. Last week. What you did and what got in the way.
  2. Sleep and stress. How the evenings went.
  3. Next week. Your calendar, and which days look hard.
  4. The plan. Adjusted, or scaled down, before Monday.
Built like a season

Rebuild gets you there. Hold keeps it off.

Most programs end at goal weight, which is when the weight tends to come back. Steady Check runs like a season, with a maintenance phase built for after.

  1. PreseasonSteady StartThe free time audit. Your minutes and your hard days.
  2. SeasonRebuildThe full plan and a weekly Steady Check until you reach your goal.
  3. MaintenanceHoldThe same coach and plan, a check-in every two weeks, and a reset the moment a week goes sideways. Long-term members live here.
In their words

Member stories

  • I had restarted on a Monday more times than I can count. The difference now is that someone notices on Wednesday.

    Dana · Rebuild member

  • When my son got sick, my coach sent the twenty-minute version of the plan. I did that instead of nothing.

    Marcus · Rebuild member

  • I knew how to lift and how to eat. I did not have a plan that fit a commute and two kids.

    Priya · Rebuild member

  • Every program I tried before ended at the finish line. Hold is the part I was missing.

Questions people ask before they start

How does billing work?

Monthly. Rebuild is $129 a month and Hold is $49 a month. Steady Start is free and you see your result without paying.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. There are no contracts and no long-term commitment.

Is this medical care?

No. Steady Check is coaching. It is not medical care, and it does not replace your doctor. Check with them before you change how you eat or train.

What is Hold?

The maintenance phase after Rebuild. The same coach and plan, a Steady Check every two weeks, and a reset plan the moment a week goes sideways.

I already know what to do. Why pay?

Right, you do. This is planning and accountability, not a lesson. Someone checks in and changes the plan when life changes it first.
